Quapaw Nation has made great strides since the reaffirmation of their reservation, neatly tucked away in the northeast corner of Oklahoma. From food sovereignty, paying off a massive portion of their casino properties, and increasing benefits to their members - still, it could be argued that the biggest advancements have been in their Department of Public Safety.
