This session focuses on simple and realistic ways to care for yourself so you can continue showing up in the areas that matter most.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Understand what self-care really means

  • Identify stress and burnout triggers

  • Build a personal self-care routine

  • Apply practical tools for daily balance
