The Quapaw Nation Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Department is offering a Regalia Closet opportunity for Native American children who would like to participate in the upcoming Quapaw Youth Powwow.

The program provides a limited selection of regalia for boys and girls from infants up to 12 years old. Because inventory is limited, specific sizes or styles may not be available for every child.

Families interested in participating must schedule an appointment with the CCDF Department so children can come in and try on regalia. Selected regalia will be loaned to participants for the Quapaw Youth Powwow, which will take place on March 28 at 7:00 PM.

The powwow will be held at:

Beaver Springs Park

5681 S. 630 Road

Quapaw, OK 74363

Families who would like their child to participate are encouraged to contact the CCDF Department to check availability and schedule a fitting appointment.

For more information or to schedule a fitting, please call:

The Regalia Closet program helps provide an opportunity for children to participate in a cultural tradition and experience the significance of powwow dancing within the community.
