Quapaw Courts Hold Art Contest In The Name Of Juvenile Healing And Wellness.

Quapaw, OK (April 12, 2021) - In a partnership with Quapaw Public School's art teacher, Phillis Cruzan, The Quapaw courts held an art contest that closed in mid January. The contest was held in the name of Juvenile Healing to Wellness and it allowed youths to showcase their art skills with the overall goal being to design a logo for the new Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court.

Students were asked to design a logo that would incorporate the Quapaw Nation colors, court emphasis, cultural emphasis, and Healing to Wellness. At stake were several visa gift cards with the top prize being $100.00.
